Want Abs On A Bike?

For SoulCycle ABS the trick is to draw my stomach in from my ribcage at the same time flexing and squeezing directly below and around my belly button. While jogging or running out of the saddle, I tighten these sections and stretch my arms out to elongate my body making it harder to relax the mid section.

I FORCE MYSELF TO USE my midsection to hold my body up, and use not only my legs, hips and glutes to ride.  I can move my legs faster and apply more resistance over time because I am not completely dependent on my legs.

It’s hard work at first, but it becomes more natural over time. Now when I ride, my body just tightens automatically.

Think of someone taking a photo of you from the side.

Happy Abs!
